At Hunter & Aurora, we are committed to delivering an unforgettable floral experience. Our roses are premium, fresh-cut, and carefully arranged to arrive in perfect condition — exactly when your sentiment matters most.

Delivery Days
We offer Next-Day Delivery via FedEx Priority Overnight service, available Tuesday through Friday.
Why not Monday? Because our roses are perishable treasures — and we never risk letting them sit in a warehouse over the weekend. That means:

No deliveries on Mondays or weekends.

No shipments on Fridays.
Order Cut-Off Time (for Next-Day Delivery Requests)
If you're ordering for next-day delivery, timing is key:

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Eastern Time / ET): Ship same day, delivered the next day (Tuesday–Friday).

Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET: Ship the next business day, delivered the day after that.
Note: This cut-off policy applies only when you request delivery for the next day.
If you schedule a delivery in advance, we’ll handle fulfillment with plenty of time to ensure your roses arrive exactly when you want them — fresh, flawless, and right on time.
Scheduled Deliveries
Planning ahead? We love that. You can select a future delivery date at checkout, and we’ll handle the rest — preparing and shipping your roses with precision to ensure they arrive on time and in perfect condition.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all continental U.S. states. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses at this time.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction is our top priority.
If your order arrives damaged, delayed, or not as expected, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Send us a photo of the box and contents at support@hunterandaurora.com, and we’ll work with you to make it right — whether that means a replacement or a partial refund, depending on the case.
